- Hi, and welcome!
We are Sierra, Ellie and Emi, senior girls at Inglemoor High School. Sierra is vegetarian, Ellie is vegan, and Emi is semi-pescatarian.
Our goal is to create and consume bento boxed lunches on every Wednesday of the school year 2009-10. Why only on Wednesdays? Because more days than that and making bento might become more of a chore than a joy!
We will document our journey through the culinary world, and this blog will serve as our proof. Please join us as we explore new techniques, develop kitchen skills, and sample scrumptious Asian foods.
We only have several members on board right now, but we're always looking for more people to come with us on the Bento Journey! Join us in first lunch on Wednesdays with your own creation, and you'll be featured in our Bento Chronicles!
